At Carmen & Company, every piece is curated with care and packaged with intention — because we believe even small details should feel special.


Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Processing times may be slightly longer during launches or holidays.

Carmen & Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages once marked “delivered.”

Returns

We hope you love your new pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

To start a return, email [info@shopcarmenandcompany.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share instructions for sending your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a new item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
